Job Description

As a SQA Performance Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative environment across both engineering and business teams, creating test strategies, test plans and executing performance and load testing activities for large-scale, mission-critical applications.

Your primary focus will be to improve the reliability of software applications and IT systems by collecting and analyzing test results data, describing the application's performance characteristics/trends, and driving the constant improvement of our Performance Test Automation practices.

Experience Required

• Min 4 recent years in role of SQA Performance Engineer
• Min 2 recent years testing Core Claims Administration vendor platforms (Like Facets or QNXT or HealthRules or Amisys) - performance testing
• Min 3 years of recent experience using LoadRunner performance testing tool.
• Documented knowledge of claims adjudication and claims payment workflow
• Experience with Facets and/or QNXT
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with JMeter
• Strong experience with the Design and development of automated performance, stability, scalability, reliability, and load tests
• Experience testing the performance and capacity of products in development, which involves reviewing and analyzing system requirements and business needs

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with spanerse internal and external stakeholder groups and inspaniduals
