OUR ASSIGNMENT At First Choice Home Helpers, we provide our community with care options for seniors able to remain at home. With our experience and knowledge of Home Care, we keep clients and their loved ones healthy and safe. Helping Seniors to age in place with dignity and grace. We deliver care in a more comfortable, less costly environment of the home allowing seniors to keep their independence and achieve their day-to-day self-care activities. Responsibilities: • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties • Collaborate with the senior and family for best care opportunities. • Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment • Provide help with daily living activities including but not limited to grooming, bathing, dressing. • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as washing, ironing laundry, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen. • Prepare and serve meals as needed • Assisting with medication reminders, assist seniors with exercises and daily activities. • Doctor Appointments Errands and Outings • Dementia Care Support • Provides companionship and healthy social interaction by engaging in reading, games, walks, meal-time, watching movies and more.
