We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Java Engineer that will lead a team of developers on the consulting team.

Our work style: We have a no-boss structure. We will outline a main goal of what our clients are needing, and you will need to (1) break down the goal into smaller objectives and tasks, and (2) lead a team of developers and execute the skill needed to accomplish the tasks.

This position is remote and begins at $70/hr with benefits including Dental, Vision, Medical, 401k, and Equity.
